More specifically, the end of Game 2. Let's start here...
Is there a more hate-able team in the rest of sports than the Heat? Not a chance, right? And I don't want to hear any of that bullshit "that's just a hard play." Fuck that. No it's not. You suck.
So you figure at this point, you gotta hit 2 free throws. Wrong. Dude misses both. I don't watch a lot of basketball but that's gotta be unheard of...right? Right here you gotta be thinking they missed an opportunity.
Move ahead like 2 minutes and their on the line again. Duncan this time. 0-2 AGAIN. That's 4 free throws in a row that don't even come close.
Anyway it's downhill from there. The Heat pick it up in the last couple minutes and close it out. But you gotta go back to the fact that the Spurs had a legitimate chance to make the Heat pay for a classic Heat move. Gotta believe no one outside of Florida is happy about the outcome.
PS: Love this move by Wade. So Heat it hurts. My favorite part is that the ref is sure he makes the right call.
